Absolutely dissatisfied with the service.
First of all, it is written that process is automated. Well it is not.
I created order exmo to perfect money. It turned out and system is not automated.
They refunded me exmo code after while without no explanation why they cannot complete the order.
Moreover, I have costs for creation the exmo code 0.2%. They refused me to cover this fee which was their responsibility.
Dont exchange with them because you never know if they complete it or not. And if you have sending costs like for creating exmo code, or sending perfect money, say goodbye to that costs, they will never cover it.

Now again they reply through email we send request to our provider for sent funds again telling me 2 hours
If they are doing exchange why they use third party due these we face problem I want to pay invoice through wmz but they late now they are doing panelty late fee who is responsible

I made three orders (exchange) from PM to Paypal the same day then after a couple of hours more or less the amount was sent to my account. That was perfect because as we all know Paypal is very strict in regards to sending and receiving funds from one country to another. This is my first time to transact online with an exchanger.
