There is no way to speed up this process.

Profanities and abusive language were removed by the monitor's administration

They do not include the fee in the payment so you will be forced to make another transaction which of course is higher than the fee. This wasnt the biggest problem, after I made the second transaction to cover the fee as well, they confirmed the transaction after 4 hours altough the expiration time has expired and the products were not abailable anymore. I asked them to stop the transaction and they confirmed that they will refund me, and of course this did not happen. This is a straight up scam site

I have a problem with your site. Why you do not include the fee in the amount to be paid and this way you force the customer to make 2 different payments? Yesterday around 18:30 GMT+ I exchanged $1400 USDT TRC20 to PrivatBank and I entered my dollar card by mistake instead of my grivna, and Privatbank refused to transfer, and they returned the money back to changecoins. I contacted online support and gave them the correct UAH card and they said they will transfer as soon as possible, 24 hours past and I only received 28,000 UAH out of 38,701.60 UAH
I contacted suport again asking where is the remaining amount and they gave some excuses that they serve first come first served...! although that I am regular client and made with them around 35 exchanges if that is not enough to give me any priority and I have to beg to get my money so what..?
24 hours already passed and I politely asked many times to send the remaining amount.

I hope to receive my money today ASAP.
