I do not recomend this service for exchanging bnb. I've copy/pasted memo using the embeded copy-function on their order page. The bnb transaction was finished but the fiat wasn't transferred. It took more than 40 hours for support to check the transaction. After checking they just wrote to me that I was using wrong memo (this's literally theit entire responce).
So if you try their bnb exchange though then better do it with a small amount and don't foget to make a screenshot of memo on their page ;)
