Order paid but the page show as it is not paid then the order was deleted and no Payeer received.

We request the exchanger's administrator to tell us why the user was not receiving a reply for a long time in a chat on your website, and what the reason was for him getting a ban. Was it because he hadn't paid for his order within 10 minutes?

I paid the order within the 10 minutes. I can provide my PM history screenshoot as proof or give you the BATCH and you ask PM admin the time it was sent from my account. Also the screenshoot showing the time I sent a message by email before post CLAIM.
I even said in my CLAIM that "Order was paid but the page didn't changed as if it the order was not paid". You should try to know what happened and the page didn't changed after payment.
Now in your reply you said "Order deleted as unpaid at 17:16 and that I paid the 10$ after at 17:26. How the hell can that be? There is no any way to pay an order on your website after order deletion because the page refresh usually and the payment button is no longer available.
Now I know what happened, it is very simple: when I paid the 10PM go from my account but was on HOLD some minutes before reach your account. PM do that some times and you should know.

2. Order created - 17:06. Order deleted and is invalid as unpaid - 17:16. You wrote claim - 17:19. You paid - 17:26. Order was proceed by operator - 19:10 and answered to your mail. We answered you here - 22:54.
3. You had more than 4 hours to remove the claim from here and we even will not see the claim. But you don't care.
4. Since, the error is not on our side and you are violating our TOS https://www.change.am/en/tos/ , this way wasting our time and resource, we banned you from our service as unwanted customer.
Here are presented hundreds of other exchange services. Use any other, not our service and stop to continue wasting our time.

As we answered your question earlier, transfer to your card successfully completed at our side and there is no issue with this.
$37.06 USD successfully sent to your card and your bank accepted it. We can not resend or refund any completed orders.
We also provided you the screen, where clearly seen that transfer was made to the card successfully.
We also answer you, that you believe that you did not get our transfer, we can start "transfer search" with banks. We also state that this procedure is not free and fast. This is standard bank procedure and it can coast $50-100.
We also note that, if you did not receive this transfer, we will receive funds back and can refund you including "transfer search" fee.

This direction is automated as noted. But at the result page you notified that there were en error of auto payment
Error is because, Service provider of ZEC, DASH reports on site maintenance, about which is also noted at our site.
Anyway. order will be proceed as soon as maintenance is over at service provider side. You may not worry about the order.

This site is only trying to get money by misleading customers, the exchange rate indicated here is just to bring costumers to their site and recalculate it in their side for their best.

Your both orders were proceed at the rate 421.794 EUR.
At the time you placed orders and during processing of the orders, our rate was highest in the market and at bestchange in particular.
I can not say where or why you see 499 eur per BCH at the moment, when highest inverse rate was 460 EUR.
Why we should buy for 500 eur per BCH if we can buy from any changer listed here for 460 eur.
Moreover, before you enter our site, here at bestchange you read that exchanger (we) states the rate for short time.
At our site, before place the order you read that:
- This operation is performed automatically
- Payment is considered complete when it was received from 3 to 6 confirmation of the transaction in the system.
- The exact number of confirmations can be seen during creation of the order.
- Receiving amount will be changed to the lower side if the price changes.
- The amount is recalculated automatically, every 30-60 minutes.
Your booth orders were proceed automatically, no operator needed to handle this direction.
Checking payment from you, recalculating, processing of the order was done automatically, exactly as you read before creating the order.
Both orders took more than 30 minutes, because it can not be received 3-6 confirmations in less than this time
After your 199 mails to us, where you wanted exchange for 499 eur, our support noted, if you believe that rate was 499 eur, we will need to check everything and this take long time, because this can be done only by the relevant person.
But you did not agree.
Even support offered you to cancel and refund the order if you are unhappy.
