from FPS RUB to XMR (From: +*** To:+***).
XMR was not send to destination wallet to pay for services and I'm very sad because it was my payment for service and now invoice has expired and deposit address not valid for my payment.
I had made payment just in moment past create order but page on A-Exchange still on Status: We are waiting for transfer of money from you.
I did send recipe to *** to speed up processing my exchange but no answer. On site support operator offline.

However I found current Bestchange policy inacceptable as:
1. You set claim to be resolved without my confirmation.
2. You set comment to neutral without my confirmation.
The fact funds received hours after reasonable time ended doesn't mean there was no issue at all. It was and it was the issue, that fact cannot be cancelled just because exchanger replied.
I know, nobody cares, but that approach is the spit to face to all potential customers.
