I appreciate the response, but repeatedly attributing the delay to your liquidity provider does not address the underlying issue. My transaction is with your company, not your LP, so it is your responsibility to ensure withdrawals are processed in a timely manner.

I have not received the funds. The exchanger previously stated that the withdrawal would be processed shortly and that a transaction hash would be provided, but no TX hash has been provided and no transaction has been broadcast to the network.
The exchanger’s statement that the order has been successfully delivered appears to be incorrect at this time. I will confirm here immediately once the funds are actually received.

Update: The funds have now been received. The transfer was completed shortly after I indicated that I would be proceeding with filing a formal complaint with the appropriate authorities if the issue remained unresolved.
