According to the information available, the exchanger has no financial obligations to this user
My order number is ***. Money was sent on Thursday night. 100 usdt was sent. A few min later the PayPal account received about 97 usd. However this balance in PayPal was locked, it was asking me for shipping / tracking number for the goods. I asked x xchanger customer service about this and they said they need to wait 48 hours before PayPal allows them to confirm this shipment and payment. Last night, over 48 hours already, I asked them about it, and they said asap. Now is already over 60 hours but still nothing. I hope bestchange can come in and help.
