TransCoin exchanger

On October 29 I attempted to purchase LTC on TransCoin after I clicked the pay button a blank page came up. However, the system generated an invoice with the details of my purchase. I waited for my Litecoin but when I didn't see the LTC in my wallet after 24 hrs I message support. Support said to send the information and they will get back to me. When they didn't get back to me I contacted support and showed them that the charge went through to my bank account so it has to be in their bank account. I sent them the invoice generated by TransCoin for the purchase and a screenshot of my bank account with the charge showing Transcoin and the amount of my purchase. Support got back to me saying they didn't receive the money. I sent them more information as proof of the charge to my bank but they stopped corresponding with me. I am not happy with the exchange. Will not buy from them again.

First verifying account in this exchanger is very very hard they require a lot from you normally after verification we could exchange something but no all coins are under maintenance according to the platform no possible exchange. Please help your users.
tried exchanging for all coins availbale BTC eth and LTC but none of them is working. Here is the message we got.


This is not interesting at all verifying account and not be able to make any single exchange is a waste of time. Im going ahead look for another exchanger ready and reliable you guys disappointed me. with all these verifications neasures you end up in this technical problem no one can exchange and say this will be fixed within a week oh my god. This is not serious you have then allowed a trial exchange of 10dollars or even 1$ without verification to offer the customer the freedom to choose now you got all my documents and im obliged to leave you because i cannot exchange nothing what this .

I made an account with this nonesense exchanger and they required for odd documents such as:

passport
selfie with passport
address document
hand written letter describing you are buying crypto currency
online form about yourself
bank statement

after providing all these, this exchanger is holding my eur 200 which i sent to them for exchange of bitcoins. Now, they are not willing to refund, and telling me that refunds may take 48 hours.

Customer support is very rude

this is a very disgusting service and exchanger, i advise everyone to stay away from this mess. Another thing, the business is registered in estonia, but bank account is in latvia, their requests and actions are very dodgy.

I will be honest, I was a little bit hesitant at first to see other comments but once I did it myself, I was impressed with their service! total five stars!!!
Please do not pay attention any of the negative comments. I dont know if they are old or if the users dont know what they are doing (or they are competitors) but this is the best exchange service I have received. I tried four different ones before saying this. (and no I do not work for them)
1. Yes verification was thorough (as it should be!) but it was automatic and instant (took not more than 15 mins if you do it properly)
2. Most most most importantly better than any other place, it lets you pay with skrill/neteller through the website. It is a transaction rather than sending money to a stranger.
3. Once you are verified, it takes only 5 minutes to receive your bitcoin (and I did both small and very large amounts!!!)

I will defintely use them more and never go anywhere else

Transcoin.me transaction went through as well as expected. Customer support was excellent, and handled my questions during the process with patience, and kindness.

Not bad, I made an exchange from Skrill to Ltc, the transaction took quickly about 5 minutes

Regarding a transaction
I deposited 0.01202131BTC for EUR wire transfer, It is still pending. Transcoin told me that, they will make a refund, Then I sent my coinbase address for a refund. It is still pending.

100% scam service, they stealing btc and USD.

They accept my btc to mastercard eur exchange, and receive 0.325 BTC
After they write what they cant send it, and refund me 0.29850000 BTC, so they steal 0.02655 BTC (aprox 232 USD) for nothing.
They writing what European GDPR rule not allow to send money to other persons !!! European GDPR rule is about personal data sharing and not about money sending.

Please stop them now !!!!! Thank you. Not use this service and report it to others.

This exchanger is terrible! After this time I never use this service! One transaction takes the time 5 hours. Verification was very hard and takes 2 weeks. Now when I tried to do a transaction, they ask me again send a new selfie with card and some stupid words on paper!

Seems fake ... i tried to sign up and they ask more documents than my bank did .. i tried to exchange Bitcoin to Skrill and i have been verified by SKRILL already... so make no sense.. my impression is that they ask all those documents to use it in different purpose.. i don't advise

Fake rates, fake directions, fake site. totally don't advise this!

This exchange does not reflect the real rate, on the web they add additional 4,3% and in this case exchange rate in this direction rate is worse than all exchangers
