Your order was completed and fulfilled according to Terms of Service. However you cancelled the transfer from your side and sent refund. It's ok if you are not interested. But later you violated our terms of service. So your return can be made 6 months later.
In the mean time you should learn to not use offensive words whatever in any forum or service support center. Also stop writing
spam reviews on other forums. Remember your money can be return after 6 months since you write any negative comments or reviews on public forums. Also delete the existing one. More efforts we have to handle, more delay can be possible. even we can't stand in our commitment.
