I set up a ticket and transferred a different amount than i input in the bid order (slightly more, like a couple dollars more), and my bid was cancelled by the system. i contacted them however on skype, and although it took a few hours to get a response back, once they responded they were able to manually resolve my issue and i received the paypal transfer within minutes after support replied back to me.
