Refunds are possible during 30 days from the exchange operation. Paytiz will charge the User the one time refund fee of 5-20% of the transacted amount plus any additional service fees incurred by sending the funds to the User via original payment method.

For example if the User have purchased Digital Currency via Perfect Money transfers and would like to get a refund, he would have to send the purchased digital currency back in full amount of the refunded transaction, Paytiz will return would send money back via Perfect Money deducting the transfer fee, as a result the User would get his original payment less 5-20% and less Perfect Money transfer fees.

Your order was not processed due to your card problem. You know it very well. We asked you to fix it, you can't. You want to get to new card. But you can't send new card details via support ticket system. You just wanted refund. Refund has been processed according to refund policy. Which you read and agree during order creating time.

According to what you are saying the perfect money transfer fees is 0.5% so as I sent 55USD I should receive 54.725 USD
Plus I've offered to you to change the card several time while you keep wasting the time only.
Again I do need the rest amount.

That is great, refused to change the card, and enforce the client to ask for refund as this is the only available way to have his money , and never process till a claim is opened, then say according to my TOS we will take your money.

John George, You asked to change card details from another email which is not accepted. and you failed to send new card details from email John+George%20<dohost@dohost.us>. You raised the refund request instead of fix it. If refund request raised from client side and he don't want to fix and refund terms should be apply on it.
