i wanted 500$ they tuk 550 plus from me to send back 500 but wen order was done they sent 467$ they tuk fee already by taking 550 still ATE me 33$ more blockchain confiirmations took time 2 days but on confirmation time money was over 600 so they did nto loose anything but still did not sent me complete on my complain they asked so many things send this send that in the end they kept asking shit to irritate anyways they are Rippers in my opinion so be carefull

he is not willing to refund me he asked me so many screenshots from neteller and i sent him everything
but he is ripper i saw more comments here people have told this before that he send less money
i sent him payment confirmation link as well creating ticket will not do anything blockchian is not in any1 control he can see i informed him rite after payment and he said it is not confirmed yet and will be sent when confirmed so he is just playign games and giving irritation

I've registered on exchange since it's my second (and last) trade, I've double checked everything and it was Ukraine, if there was no possibility for exchange to send money in US dollars exchange should freeze trade (as you did to other people in review section) and warn their client, instead of sending lower amount of money in other currency without any warning, I've calculated, and I got convertation fee, and my estimated losses are around 15$, website support never wanted to help me, but to insult, and call me fraud and scammer.

You said, you can't. So there are no claim at all.
Don't lie here. I've checked your chat logs. Our support team never called you fraud and scammer. But told you, you are here for extra money because none of these you could prove and also can't refund to proceed. So yes, I admit you are here to earn some extra money by writing negative feedback.
Don't claim again. Because you already received money and unable to prove anything, also failed to refund. If you failed to refund today then we understand that you completely deny for refund procedure and we can't accept your full refund. But refunding later will be apply the refund policy according to terms of service.
