Got 332ˆ, but on my order they said that I should receive: 363.23ˆ
I even showed them proof from western union receipt, but they don't reply. Basically I sent 410ˆ and received 332ˆ. If you like this rate then go ahead.

Yes, but amount sent is less than amount I should receive. I sent themp Western Union receipt where you can clearly see that amount that they sent is less than amount from order. Under that amount there is amount with fees.
