This is not scam. it's a process. Due to high volume orders sometimes it's requires some extra time to process orders. Specially for paypal. If we want, we can send 500's of transaction same time. But it will be result closed both of paypal accounts. For safe transaction our automated system pays it one by one slowly.

We understand your concern. You may have urgency, But please wait and be patience. it will be complete asap. 72 hours not meant by after 72 hours but's maximum processing timeframe.

Then I'd suggest you to add a notice about it and a counter of "unresolved transaction" with a counter of Estimate exchange time. This would be helpful for those, who needs funds asap.

Also! i just received my transaction. But! it took from me 2.96 As a fes for transaction. Which also wasn't said. You have to note that in exchange! that receiving amount will be less than mentioned. I was expecting a transaction of 58.15 Euro without any fees, like any other exchanging systems do. Totally outrageous

Iskender, We've sent full amount. Check your paypal transaction details page. Which should be indicate that we sent you full page. Paypal takes payment receiving fees from receiver. Check your paypal fees page and consult with paypal support more information. It doesn't required to note anything because it's their official fees.

I confirm that you've sent it as a full amount and fee was taken from me. But! you're the only exchanger that send money by selecting ""goods and services" which causes additional fees. All other exchanges sends money by selectig option "friends and family which makes it without any fee. I was told of receiving of full amount of 58.15, And by the fact i did received amount of 55.19.
And i have rights to demand my missing 2.96 As per "no information given per hidden fees". Or you mean that when i buy btc or any other currency, i also must pay a transaction fee, which some times could reach like 0.0005-8 Btc? or you would make an exchange of buying crypto from you for amount of 58.15 For 0.004 Btc) but in fact receiving only 55 cuz thanks a ton will be performed with fees?

I don't consider that exchange was fulfilled with full amount, as per it was written that I will receive 58.15, and I received 55.19. if you're disagree, i can request a refund from PayPal, to return full amount I received to you, and would ask you to send me back my 0.004 in full amount back, to btc adress which I will state if you're ok with that.

Your order was completed. Completed order can't be reverse or return unless having valid reason. You problem with skrill system not by us. Contact with Skrill support to fix it. You can always withdraw skrill to your bank account or other available withdraw option. We are not responsible if you can't use to any specific website.
