You have been provided with a screenshot and your yourself and other users can go and see on website that the fee is shown upfront, there is no surprise, you accept the fee and after that you make a transfer. You are not forced to pay fee. User is talking about Bitcoin network fee which is not in out control. Transfer fee for Bitcoin transactions is fixed by our wallet provider and it’s same for 0.01 BTC or 10 BTC.

You are trying to make unreasonable comment here, as repeatedly with screenshots we explained you and you know it but still you are saying we hide the fee.

127 EUR -> BTC and paid 13.3 EUR fee. Isn’t it too steep.

No, you can easily chose a better BTC fee for such a small amount. Just choose another partner that you call the “wallet provider”

Josh, As you always see fee before placing an order, you could have not submitted the order if if fee was not acceptable. We received first complaint and we acted immediately and already changed our wallet provider for Bitcoin and I can see new fee is 1-2$ only which change every time. We tried everything to help you out via email last day and explained everything multiple times.

So you just confirmed that I paid a huge fee (13.3 EUR) yesterday and you changed it today to $1-$2. A week ago there was no fee, you confuse people.

Josh, You paid fee and so does we paid as well to process your transaction. Bitcoin fee changed every minute, you don’t get the point, whatever the fee is, YOU SEE IT BEFORE ORDER, if its not acceptable then you shouldn’t submit order. And there is always a fee, but we show it publicly upfront.

The transfer fee is fixed and shown when you submit order, it doesn’t change if you payment arrives late, for order processing you are again laying, we had processed your order as soon payment was credited, again not in our control and talk to your bank and it was I guess weekend, otherwise transfer from revolut received same day.
