You just confirm from Us that paypal fnf avl or not before one day placing order on website our support team guided you very well the next day you place order and only said that "Make payment as for friends please. Order ID 33453". You didn't clarify That send this payment as friends and family fund. And as usual we send you payment as goods and services. Secound thing Paypal holds your funds not us. Paypal holds some transaction for security reason of your account. However, We also checked and send you a screenshot of transaction its completed from our side.

Why did you put the status that the problem is solved. It's not. I put the status back on the review!

You're lying. It's not true. I have proof, I told your operator to send it as a friend. I have video and screenshots of the payment and my message to your operator!

Dmytry, You didn't clearify you just said as friend there is alot of meaning of this word. You have to give proper guideline because we mention on website that "we send Paypal funds as goods and services if you want Friends and family transaction please notify us". And we can again share screenshot of completing transaction please contact to your paypal account support they will guide you. If there is any problem from our side we will surely cooperate with you.

On Thursday, I checked with the operator to see if there was an option to send the payment as a friend. He said yes, you need to make an order and notify him in chat and said that there will be an additional commission of 10 dollars. The next day, I replied to his message that you can send funds as a friend for 10 dollars, and in 5 minutes I notified him that I made the payment. I provided a screenshot, the order id and instructions to send the payment as a friend. To which the operator replied "OK"

Dmytry, From our side payment already sent your payment is hold due to your account and you can contact paypal support. You can blame us if we have not sent payment to you but in real we already sent your payment. you should not post review again and again just because of payment is hold by paypal

After completing order its not our concern what happend to your account. We don't care however your account will blocked or your funds are on hold. We sent to you paypal fund.
