First time and last time!
I have exchanged from my bank to perfect money. I received mail succesful order. Didn't received anything. I contact them and told me their PM account got blocked. They told me they are busy to fix the problem. I waited patiently 1 week. Still nothing and gave me the same answer..!
I asked them to return my funds to my usdt account. they told me its not possible and i need to wait...
I understand if it takes 3 days this issue cause PM normally would answer in 2 days. But a week?! And don't want to return my funds?!

And various block-checking sites with TxID showed me that, they received funds. They are telling me now, the address they provided does not support BEP20 network.
