On October 22, 2026, I submitted an exchange request for 990 USDT (ERC-20) to PayPal USD.

MagnatuS instructed me by email to make the payment and confirmed that the exchange would be completed within 48 hours. I followed their instructions, transferred 990 USDT, and received written confirmation that my funds had been received.

Immediately afterward, my transaction was suspended.

I later discovered that MagnatuS had posted an AML warning in the internal order history, instructing me not to pay. This warning was never sent to my email, unlike the payment instructions. I had not accessed the internal message history before making the payment.

When I contacted support, instead of receiving an explanation, I was met with accusations and openly disrespectful responses:
- "why you send a payment?"
- "Why you send us black money?"
- "Stop joke plz"
- "Stop waste our own time"
- "Why you not answer on questions?"
MagnatuS claims that my funds carry a 100% AML risk, citing a BitOK report that attributes 92.05% of the assessed address's exposure to the category "Exchange Sanctioned EU."

However, the report does not identify the allegedly sanctioned exchange, specify the transactions responsible for this classification, or establish that my particular payment originated from illegal activity.

An automated risk score is not proof of criminal conduct. Nevertheless, MagnatuS treats this assessment as conclusive and openly accuses me of sending "black money."

Despite my repeated requests, the exchanger has failed to provide a specific list of required documents or a clear procedure for resolving the suspension.

MagnatuS has received my 990 USDT, but the exchange remains suspended, my funds have not been returned, and I have received accusations instead of a clear explanation or resolution.
