I contact their support, they respond very quickly, which I'm thankful for. But! Clearly they haven't even stared working on my order even though it's been promised 24 hours later. INTERAC transfers that is used for sending money to Canadian accounts are instant. But they keep telling you to wait for another 3 hours, still nothing happens. 15 hours later (Spongebob voice)... I contact the support, they give you absolutely ridiculous reasons why the money is still not there. Please, at least be accountable for your own underperformance! Overall, it took 2 days to get the money. My point is that, yes, you will receive your money, but at what cost. I wouldn't complain if they just gave me honest real time frames and not some baloney reasons for their misconduct.
