On 09/12/2022 we made an exchange with this site for 25083 UAH but got only 3 payments via Privat24 for 4998 UAH and the order for some reason were set to Done and nothing at all.

After our personal contact to Support we were told: dont worry - money will come, then that Privat24 doesnt accept incoming payments and asked us to write a letter to support email with new card number.

We have been writing that emails for the last 2 days but still nothing!
This is not the way you should treat your constant customers from Ukraine!
