This exchange is engaged in fraud and theft! I sent them 4 transactions, 1 got through and the other 3 have not. They are referring to the fact that an unnamed exchange has blocked them. No confirmation of this blocking was given to me! Also, the exchanger just started ignoring me and does not respond to messages. Moreover, Bestchange administration was also unable to help me in this situation and to influence the decision of this exchanger or at least provide proof of blocking.
