I was reading the reviews and got a bit nervous about the company asking the personal info. Later I entered their website and they had written and everything was simple to understand. I decided to activate my account and its quite good I could say. Simple and fast. Make your own research, it's better than reading misleading comments.

Disgusting usage experience. I decided to use the services only because my centralized exchange does not support BNB (BNB is not listed). When exchanging BTC for BNB with an amount of only about $600, they required ID confirmation!! They also use old SEGWIT addresses (non native segwit) which significantly increases the cost of transactions. The refund was made to the sending address (if you sent money directly from the exchange, you have a problem) excluding the high fees. I don't recommend to use this service.

This professional exchange company provided wonderful services. Even though my trade did not go through, they requested validation ID and PASSPORT. I was hesitant to share my personal information for a variety of reasons. They immediately refunded the cash without hesitation. Unlike other exchanges that have held my monies against my choice.

Requested proof of identity only after receiving funds, before that the page does not say anything about it. Worst exchanger

I dont understand why people make such a fuss about the company asking for their id. Most of the companies ask for it. I had this incident my self, (my transaction was put on hold because they wanted me to verify my acc) but i tried it, verified it and voila. It literally takes 3-4 minutes and you are done. And i exchanged with good rates! everything is legit guys. No worries.

As soon as my transaction confirmed,they request a kyc,but after gave them the information requested for refund and accepted by them,they said it will refund within an hour but its about 3 hours since request and they even dont reply my support mails!

I started the exchange, sent the coins. As soon as it was confirmed that the service had received coins, they demanded to register the mail. As soon as I created an account on their service, they demanded verification. They need id map right. They think they're in some kind of exchanger. people will give their data!? and as a result the coins are locked and there is no exchange, Please deal with this exchanger.
