As the team informed you via Support our programmatic communication with our wallet provider is in maintenance. Your funds were exchanged within minutes and will be frorwarded to you as soon as the maintenance is over.
Similar cases usually last a few hours but there were cases it lasted for a couple of days. We do not have any new updates yet, but as soon as we do we will let you know and you will receive the promised amount.

The validation is not required in all cases as we offer the opportunity to our customers to exchange as Guests. But if they enjoy our services often or exchange large amounts validated account is required.

1: the minimum trx need for exc on easy bit is 467 not 67
2: some exchanger that stand lower down of easy bit pay more than for exchange
example easy bit for 100 tron e pay 0.0001
Other one that 5-6 stairs downer of easy bit for 100trone pay 0.00013 Btc(this numbers is not exactly that pay just for example say)

I have used them for many exchanges so far without any issue and all orders are completed very fast and on very good rates I have to admit.
I just have never encountered the lack of professionalism as on many other exchangers within bestchange but with better rates very often and fast enough transactions so I believe they are the best ones in here, happy to find them!

As the team informed you over email communication the programmatic communication with our wallet provider is under maintenance. Please note that in order to be able to process or refund orders our systems need to get access to the wallets associated with the transactions, and for that, the maintenance needs to be finalized.
Once the maintenance is over all orders will proceed normally! Similar cases usually last a few hours, but this is taking longer than anticipated given the lack of personnel during the Christmas days. The last update is that the maintenance will probably be completed within the day!

The validation procedure is not required for all orders as we utilize a risk-based approach and have dynamic exchange limits and that is why we do not request a validation in advance.
As we have already informed you in the course of our communication via email, your funds are considered to be high risk by our wallet provider as they are probably related to illegal activities.
To prove that the funds belong legally to you, you will have to verify your account. We have already proposed two different verifiction options, to either verify your account on our service or to our reputable wallet provider platform.
After the successfull verification of your account we will be able to process your order or issue a full refund!

They asked for approval, I said ok, sent them all the paperwork. It shows first 1-5 minutes. Already 2 hours past still nothing!
