i failed to add a memo, my bad, reached out to support, told it would take 7 days to have my funds returned. After 7 days reached out to support, was told it takes 7 working days, so wait. Eventually get a support email saying i have to contact binance directly myself. Thanks for nothing easybit. It's a shame a good exchanger, which i've used many times, completely fails when support is required.

Issue has been successfully resolved by the exchanger's administration
I exchanged bnb to trx, in the course of processing the transaction I was told that verification was required to continue the transaction

I wrote to support stating that I was unable to verify my account on their platform. I was told that this was not a problem and the money would be returned to the original address. After confirming the address, I asked if I could leave the platform and if any further action would be required of me, to which I received a positive answer. After not receiving the money I went to the platform a few hours later and asked support about the refund. I was told that the return address had been flagged as high risk, so they could not refund my money. To confirm that I owned the original address, they requested a video of me opening my wallet on my phone (the alternative method was account verification, which as I said earlier I was unable to pass). I refused to undergo such verification, as I consider it a violation of my privacy, as well as such verification will not allow to be 100% sure that the wallet belongs to me, at least because of the option to import the wallet by address in trust wallet. I offered to use the cryptographic signature verification tool built into bscscan to confirm the ownership of the wallet, to which I received a negative answer. All this time I talked to the support staff, but there was no attempt to move the problem beyond the ordinary support staff.

- Their policy states that "the service respects the privacy of its Users and does not ask for any information that is not required to use the Service", but asks me for a video of opening the wallet, which is not necessary and cannot serve as proof of ownership.

- Their policy states, “Refunds in all cases will be made exclusively to the original address — the address used to originally send the funds to our account. ”, “Our team may, at their discretion, confirm the original address with you and, in special circumstances, may issue a refund to an address other than the original address. However, this non-standard procedure is subject to review on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by senior members for security purposes.” But in a dialog with support in response to the question of why high-risk wallet prevents them from refunding the money I got the answer: "Dear user, we did not review this manually. Everything is done automatically by the system...."

- In their policy there is nothing at all about the ability to mark a wallet as high-risk, the ability to block refunds, and in the chat the support freely rearranges its own policy.

As a result, the exchanger uses dubious ways to confirm ownership of the wallet, which in my opinion puts users' funds at risk, does not comply with its own policy and refuses to go at least on any cooperation. I never received my funds.
