According to the information available, the exchanger has no financial obligations to this user
8 days ago i sent 345 usdt (ton) in exchange for polygon usdt.
I've specific correct wallet address, but wrong MEMO (comment).
Accidentally missed it, because most of blockchains don't have those.
I didn't specify someone else's MEMO tho.
And so i haven't received the money, so i decided to contact support. They promised it would take 7 days at most to retrieve the funds and refund to the wallet it's been sent from.
Well, 8 days passed already, and i haven't received any update of the situation.
Today, on the 8th day they've said they transfered the case to the senior team and promised to message me with an update on situation within the day. I gave them my email, but received no message whatsoever neither refund.
I've specific correct wallet address, but wrong MEMO (comment).

Well, like, even if i specified wrong MEMO, i sent to YOUR wallet, so there's virtually no way you don't have them in possession.
