Unfortunately, our crypto wallet does not accept transactions from Payeer. This information was clearly stated in the exchange calculator before you created your order. Please provide your address for a refund. Theoretically, you can exchange your ETH to USD inside of Payeer, and then create an order from Payeer USD to your card. That will work.

When you created the order, you clearly chose the direction from USD Coin (ERC20). It has ERC20 in its name. However, for some reason you sent USDC through the Binance Smart Chain (BEP20) network.
