It is very clear that this exchanger has zero interest in resolving the issue until you threaten them with a dispute on bestchange. I had to wait for my transfer to go through for a week without any substantial updates, only being given the runaround day after day, which resulted in me being fined by the party awaiting the very soon-arriving payment. Below, I will share my awful experience dealing with this exchange in detail, so you can avoid it, thus saving your time and mental cells.

I sent my USDT at 22:36 on September 3. However, the exchanger did not begin processing the transfer promptly: the main portion of the funds was only sent at 13:38 on September 4, almost a full day later.

The bulk of the money failed to arrive in my account until 11.09. Throughout this entire period, I repeatedly tried to get a clear explanation of what was happening, only to receive generic responses that they were "working on the situation" and asking me to give them "a little more time."

Day after day, I was left without any substantial update, explanation, or clear information about where my money was and why the transfers had not gone through.

Only on September 9 at 16:02 was I finally told that the payment had allegedly been frozen by the bank. By that point, almost a week had passed since I had sent my USDT. Despite being told that the bank had supposedly frozen the payment, I was not provided with any evidence or confirmation of this.

After I threatened action, they eventually responded and offered me a refund, which I declined. They then asked whether I was prepared to wait "an indefinite amount of time", after which I demanded that they use another counterparty's bank account to fulfil the transfer — which they thankfully did. Why the burden of suggesting a working solution was laid on my shoulders, however, I will never know.

An important detail is that the payments were being sent through Revolut, whose support responds to inquiries within minutes. If the exchanger had actually discovered that the bank had frozen the payment, this information could have been communicated to me immediately. Instead, I spent days trying to get an explanation while receiving nothing but repeated assurances that they were "working on the situation" and needed more time.

This is exactly why I find their handling of the situation so frustrating. Either they were not interested in promptly finding out what had happened and communicating it to me, or the actual reason for the delay was something else. In either case, I was the one left waiting for days without any meaningful information while the payment I urgently needed failed to arrive. And of course, no compensation of any kind was offered at any point. Awful service.
