I lost 240 euros and wasted 3 hours of my time using this terrible service. This has never happened to me before. The wallet address they provided was incorrect, so I sent my funds to the wrong wallet. They refuse to take responsibility for their own mistake. There are plenty of other exchange services out there — do not use this one.

Most likely, the address was altered on the browser side due to the use of an automatic page translator or other browser extensions. From our side, the address was correct and was not modified. Unfortunately, blockchain transactions are irreversible, and it is technically impossible to recover the funds.
