From one of the best instant exchange sites they become number one of the worst.
2 hours after I exchange ETH to PAYEER and ALL CONFIRMATIONS COMPLETE, the system stuck on processing!
Payeer processing takes seconds! This raises questions - did they really have money to process exchanges, or they want to take as much as possible cryptocurrency, and to send money when they have money. Ok, but this is not instant (they have this word on their website in bold).
I needed instant money to make some personal payments, but I can not do this because they do not exchange instant. If I know they do not do it instant I will use other service, but I was misled by the description on the site.
They remove live chat support, and email support do not answer!
Now the feedback must stay in RED color FOREVER, becouse if they send me a money - now is too late for me, because the damage is irreversible.
