Today I exchange again on good exchange rate, but their system stuck after I send transactions. On etherscan all comfirmations complite, but they send me nothing.
I try to chat with them, but 8 hours ago after my hello, nobody answare me (I check Boomtrain chat and he say for "Last active in a few seconds" - this mean there is online operator). I send couple of e-mails to them, but no answare. I ask for refund, but not answering again.
In this time I do not want to public transaction ID, but if they exchange on lower price, or do not send me advcash I will post in comment.
I thing they make cheap trick to exchange when eth price go lower, but I need my money ASAP!
