I used Changelly via the Exodus wallet.
The swap failed, but the funds were never refunded.
AML and KYC verification was fully completed.
All requested documents were provided, including ID, proof of income, proof of crypto purchase, transaction hashes, screenshots, and Binance withdrawal confirmation.
Despite this, Changelly has been holding my funds for over one month.
Support only provides generic replies and asks to wait, without any clear timeline or resolution.
I am requesting an immediate refund or a clear final deadline for resolving this issue.
