I did not use this exchanger purposefully and did not know that there could be problems with it. The exchange was made by eth -> btc on myetherwallet.com. After sending funds three days later, my application was rejected. The money was left at the exchanger and nothing was sent to me. When I started to write to those support, I was told that the transaction fell under KYC. I'm sure they just want to steal money from them.
I did not read and did not agree with the terms of their exchange, and if the exchange is made through a third-party service, then they must perform it and not appropriate money for themselves. I demand that they return the money back or complete the exchange.

All Changelly operations are fully automatized, the individual fee cannot be set up for each particular transaction. Hence, a standard balanced network fee for each of 150+cryptocurrencies is configured for all transactions on Changelly. For BTC, it's 0,00025 BTC at the moment.

First time i made an exchange. And they gave me address where I sent minimum litecoin to exchange btc. After sending the amount to the address I confirmed that I made payment. But afterwards I saw another address to give them. And payment twice. It was not my fault. It's their system problem.

I sent $400 worth of BTC for Ripple and all I got back was a message that my receipt of the Ripple coin has failed "Sorry" Meanwhile my BTC went through with no troubles.... In fact, you may see the "ESTIMATED" word written in capital letters while you make a transaction. 
If you have a look at cryptocurreny graphs, you may see its fluctuations.
