Their website says 1-2 hours, but it took them 5 hours from receiving crypto to transfer the funds, and even though it is a small amount of 20.000 rubles, they split it into 4 payments sent by different people. When asking support they said its the weekend so it takes longer. It is obvious that they do things manually, so Bestchange should update their profile to show that they run in manual mode. If you need the transfer to happen quickly, I would not recommend this exchange.

If you want the payout in one transaction and immediately you usually should seek an exchange on the bottom of bestchanges list, as the commission is usually about 5-7% higher.

When i try to pay the exchange, the exchanger dont give the requisites and after few minutes, it gives me link to telegram bot, the bot say that he need to verificate my phone number to gave me the requisites, and he tried to hack my account, i think its enough to report this exchanger for ***.

Yes, we ask for verification of the phone number, linked to the card of the payment, so we can be sure that you're the owner of the card and you have an access to it. After that we would ask you to confirm that you're the person who created the order in our platform and you know where we will send the funds after receiving a payment.
We have no idea what do you mean about trying to hack your account, when you only confirming the phone number connected to Telegram, which don't give us any access to it.

I marked it as a financial issue because, firstly, I couldn't complete the transaction. Secondly, why does Telegram report a possible hacking attempt when checking my phone number? Thirdly, why do I have to switch to another app to get payment details? Why can't I use an SMS code?

Ilie, okay, the financial issue in this case means the other thing, like if you paid, but the exchanger didn't complete the order according the rules or didn't return the funds. So not exactly what you mean.
Never heard about the telegram report about this, could you send us a screenshot to email [email protected] ? You probably mean that Telegram asks you if you agree to share your phone number with the bot. Which still don't give us any actual access to it, except the confirmation of the phone number.
