The new verification procedure has turned out to be extremely excessive and, in my view, unnecessarily complicated.

Several different photographs are required to demonstrate the same information, including a photo that apparently has to show both the passport and two devices, and itself be taken using a third device.

They also request card details that are essentially located on the back of the card, while failing to explicitly warn that the three-digit CVV/CVC code must be covered.

Finally, as “additional materials,” they require a video in which a specified text must be spoken aloud. The content of this text goes beyond the scope of a standard KYC check and essentially duplicates the checkbox that the customer already ticks on the website when confirming the exchange.

At the same time, they apparently see no need to explain anywhere why such requirements are necessary.

The application was processed in minutes. The rate is favorable. The money arrived quickly, the rate is as per the monitoring, no surprises. I didn't need any support. I recommend it.

I strongly advise against using BTCChange24. I have previously used this service multiple times with funds coming from the exact same source, and everything went smoothly.

This time, I created an order to exchange USDT TRC-20. My tokens were completely clean (I verified it myself via an AML checker, showing a 0.0% Risk Score).

However, the platform groundlessly blocked my trade, inventing non-existent 'sanctions against the FunPay platform', and refused to complete the exchange. They used these cheap AML manipulations just to stall for time.

After waiting for several days, they finally issued a refund. While they did return the full amount, they sent me gray USDT from their own pools with a 51.4% Risk Score, contaminated with an 'Exchange, Sanctioned (EU)' marker.

The deal was cancelled solely due to their fault, a lot of time was wasted, and I ended up with significantly lower quality coins than the ones I sent. Avoid this service at all costs.
