That's simply not true. I waited almost 10 minutes, no reply. After I wrote this review and canceled the order, I magically received a message from the chat operator, who asked, if I had paid (despite me writing in the very beginning, that I had troubles with payment) and I wrote to him, that I lost all hope for a response and canceled the order. At this point, I just used another exchange and somehow, they answered immediately and provided me with a fast exchange service.
However, there could be another issue — I had two exchangers open at that very moment, BobrExchange and CryptoXChange. Both of you used the same(-looking?) chat widget, and both of you failed to answer in time. Maybe trouble lies here because BuhtaObmena, the exchanger, did work, used a different(-looking?) chat widget, and support responded very fast.
