Hello! I made several exchanges here for small amounts and everything went smoothly. However, as soon as I tried to send a slightly larger amount (from the same wallet, with the same exchange direction), the exchanger froze the transaction, which fully passed all AML checks. They don't have quick communication channels like Telegram or a contact form on the website—communication is only through email, and they reply once a day. I strongly do not recommend this exchanger; protect your nerves and money.

Several more days have passed, the website’s support team is not responding, and the exchange service has happily withdrawn my funds — which supposedly failed the AML check — to one of its main wallets. I am asking the BestChange administration to intervene!
