What really happened: I made several exchanges of around $2-3k each. The first one – successful, second – successful, third – successful, fourth – successful. After that, I decided to send a larger amount, specifically $6,000. The same wallet was used for all the exchanges. As soon as they received an amount twice as large as the previous ones, they blocked the payment.

They asked for screenshots and said to wait SEVERAL MONTHS. Do you think that’s reasonable?

Several more days have passed, the website’s support team is not responding, and the exchange service has happily withdrawn my funds — which supposedly failed the AML check — to one of its main wallets. I am asking the BestChange administration to intervene!

The exchanger is using its position to withhold funds. The wallet passes 100% of checks from GetBlock and similar services, and all the necessary documents were provided the same day.

When asked how long the verification would take, I was told: several months.

Why didn’t you block the $2k exchanges? Why didn’t you block the $3k exchange? But as soon as you received an amount twice as large, you immediately blocked the transaction. The same wallet was used for all exchanges.

The issue is still unresolved and remains relevant.

The exchange continues to ignore me and is holding my funds.

BestChange support promised to give an answer within 7 days, but that time has long passed. Apparently, in half a year I will finally get my money back — this is outrageous.
