In response, I received a message saying that my funds didn’t pass the verification process and that I needed to confirm my identity and the source of the funds. I was willing to provide all the necessary information, but the exchange representatives refused to work with me due to my Russian citizenship. They didn’t allow me to complete the verification and also refused to return the money. I consider this behavior fraudulent. I do not recommend using this service.
