Dishonest, when one does an exchange with this exchanger give a rate of change but if the btc low they also lower the rate of change but if the btc goes up do not raise the exchange rate, it seems dishonest to me

Long story, I am looking for a bitcoin exchanger since Changex.com no longer has bitcoin on their list. I was deciding between XMLGold and Unichange.me. Tried to sell my bitcoin to xmlgold and have it bank wired to me but it failed, in the end they just refunded me my 2BTC back. Unichange is low on funds when doing exchanges so I decided to just get a prepaid card since I think its faster when exchanging BTC I also had some Perfectmoney funds so it should be perfect if I need to withdraw some funds. I am still deciding between Unichange and xmlgold. Their cards are almost the same (probably not but the differences are negligible for my use case) in the end I chose xmlgold since they dont have a monthly maintenance fee and they've been around much longer, they also refunded my 2 BTC back so maybe they are trustworthy enough and I think having a no name card is cool I wanted to have the card asap so I thought "hey XMLGold's expedited shipping fee is $100 while Unichange.me is just $80 maybe XMLGold will arrive faster since its more expensive" WRONG! ive been there before and expensive doesn't always means better. On Unichange's page it is clearly labeled that their expedited shipping is DHL so I guessed maybe XMLGold is also using DHL/FedEx or something simillar so I quickly submitted my order. I paid $120 through PerfecMoney I wanted to use PayPal but they dont have that option.

My mistake was I did not ask them anything first before I submitted my order. So ladies and gents before ordering anything ask for more information on what you are ordering first. After I submitted the order I started a support ticket and asked how long it would take for the card to arrive and they said 3-7 days. Well Ok then Ill just have to wait 3-7 days. After 3 days I asked for the tracking number and they gave me a tracking number which looks like the tracking number used on those normal shipment that takes ages to arrive(What do you call that? Online shops just call them free shipping hehehe). I was so furious to see the tracking number I paid a $100 for shipping and they gave me this tracking number. I was expecting DHL or FedEx well I know its my fault that I expected but come on! I have ordered a lot of thing online (really a lot) and a medium sized box normally only costs $40 through DHL so I guess a card no bigger than my palm should be cheaper. Is their card made out of lead that its so heavy and would be too expensive to be shipped through DHL?

I asked them why is it not shipped through FedEx or DHL and they said it was sent through "Correos express". and "We don't promised send via DHL." Yes you are right you did not promise that but a $100 shipping fee for a 86mmx54mm sized card I am sure you could have used a better courier. Well I guess they chose "Correos express" because it has express on its name and DHL or FedEx does not . So 5 days after they sent the card it was still in their fu**ing country because of that express courier! So its not that express after all

After all my rants in their support asking for a refund for this rip-off shipping fee all they said was "This is something we cannot control post, please accept our appologies.". I asked them to call the courier and blahh nothing happened.

I was actually expecting my account to get banned for being so rude on the support (Not really that rude maybe just explosive, ive seen worse support tickets and I believe mine is just mild) good thing my account is still active if it got banned then my $120 really went for nothing.

I will order a prepaid card from unichange.me today so lets see which one will arrive faster but based on the tracking number I am guessing the xmlgold card wont arrive before this month ends.

Conclusion: If you are planning to buy a prepaid card from XMLGold then do not use their "EXPRESS Shipping" because its not really that express or better just buy somewhere else.
