I've asked to send me money to my PayPal as a friend or family member. They have such an option. I had no respond. Chat just dead! At the end I've lost 60$ sending 1300$. Never will use this exchanger again!

Issue has been fully resolved
The exchanger breaks the rules. More than 69 hours have passed since the order was paid, but exchange not completed. According to the rules the maximum exchange limit is 48 hours.
