Before you created the order, we clearly warned you: "Transactions less than the allowed minimum are not summarized, credited or returned". As I know, you can send second transaction to our address, and our wallet will credit both to our account, but your order will not complete automatically anyway. Never tried that.

As I told you, it is technically inpossible to make the refund via BTC since BTC fee is nearly same as all amount in your order. We can do the refund to you, but using another cryptocoin, like USDT, TRX, DOGE etc.
