Lying about exchange at Binance!
I've placed exchange order at 10 March 2023 13:45 UTC on the openchange.cash site.
I'm expected to get: 2 Bitcoin (BTC) -> 294.65571 Monero (XMR)
But I'm received 278.48085 XMR.
It's 5% less than expected! And there was no such significant price change at the market.
Support told that there was price jump at time of purchase and attached chart from Whitebit exchange!
It's true that was less than a minute price spike of 16%!!! at Whitebit for XMR/USDT pair. I guess because Whitebit very small exchange..
Support told that they have warning at the site, that exchange rate is calculated at this exchange.
But he is lying!
What exactly warning looks like at the site:
"The cryptocurrency exchange rate can change quite dramatically, so we will recalculate the payout value at the ***Binance*** exchange rate after getting 2 confirmations of Bitcoin (BTC) transaction"
There was no such a big spike at Binance!
