Basically same story as <https://www.bestchange.com/obmen24com-exchanger.html?review=4006361>; (quoted in the end for the posterity). But with a twist that the refund to me was found 'dirty' by next exchange (I thought they were solid, and did not check refunded coin). So now I'm waiting the investigation (by that other exchange where I went with the refund) which can result in a seizure of the asset.
So *I gave them fine coin(s), and they refunded me with 'dirty' one.*

Hello Serge,
Thank you for the overview of our service.
If you experienced any issues, the first step is to contact the exchange's support team to resolve the matter. We do not know which exchange or wallet you were using to receive the funds; it is possible that our systems are incompatible with that specific platform. In any case, once the issue is addressed, we look forward to receiving an email from you containing proof of the account block.

Horrible customer service avoid this exchanger at all costs!
It was a while ago. I sent about $800 to have rubles deposited into a Sber Bank. In an hour or so their manager messages me saying they don't work with Sber and that I should change the bank or ask for a refund. With their late responses and lousy attitude, I certainly emailed them a refund order. They returned my money much later. Result: no transfer and wasted time.

Terrible exchange service. Nowhere before the exchange process do they disclose that if you don't want your payout split into dozens of small bank transfers, they force you to accept an extremely unfavorable exchange rate instead.
The operator told me that they split outgoing transfers into payments of RUB 5,000, 10,000, or 15,000. In my case, exchanging RUB 168,000 would have required 34 separate transactions, which the operator confirmed.
The worst part is that they only informed me of this one hour after I had already sent my crypto to their wallet. I was then told that if I didn't agree with their terms, I would have to request a refund by email and wait several hours for a response.
The only alternative they offered was to exchange at a rate approximately 6% below the market rate. Instead of the advertised 1,997 USDT = RUB 168,214.49, they offered me 1,997 USDT = RUB 158,202.34 simply because I refused to receive 34 separate bank transfers. That's more than RUB 10,000 (about $125) in hidden fees.
Avoid this exchange service at all costs.

Hello Sweet,
Your review contains information that does not accurately reflect what happened.
The number and size of outgoing transfers depend on the amount of the exchange and the available payment details at the time of processing. This does not mean that every exchange is automatically paid out in dozens of separate transfers.
After you expressed your concerns, we immediately offered you a refund. Any mention of sending an email was simply part of our standard refund procedure.
In the end, your exchange was successfully completed, and the entire amount was paid to you in a single bank transfer, not in dozens of separate transfers as stated in your review.
We kindly ask you to correct your review, as its current wording may mislead other users.

Your response does not address the actual complaint.
You do not dispute the only fact that matters: the payout was made in one transfer because I agreed to a rate roughly 6% below the rate of my own order. Under the standard rate I was offered, the payout would have been split into transfers of RUB 5,000 / 10,000 / 15,000. That is not my interpretation it is the text of your own operator's message, sent to me at the start of the exchange.
So "the entire amount was paid in a single bank transfer" is true, and it is precisely what I am complaining about. A single transfer was sold to me as a paid option. Advertised: 1,997 USDT RUB 168,214.49. Received: RUB 158,202.34. Difference: RUB 10,012.15, or about $125 for nothing other than not being paid in fragments.
On the refund: it was offered only after I objected, by which point my funds were already with you, and it required sending an email from the order address and waiting for a reply. "Less than an hour" per your operator. That is not an alternative to the exchange that is the choice between losing time and market movement, or paying 6%.
The substance of the review stands. If your standard rate cannot be paid out in a reasonable number of transfers, that condition belongs on the order page before the client sends funds, not in a chat message afterwards.

Exchanging Crypto for Rubles
Pros:
The transaction was completed successfully. The chat operator was polite and helpful, responding clearly to all inquiries.
Cons:
The process took two days because payments arrived on the card in small amounts (5,00015,000 RUB) from various individuals.
Conclusion:
If you aren't prepared to wait or if your card has low average turnover, this option is not for you.

According to the information available, the exchanger has no financial obligations to this user
I exchanged USDT for approximately 150,000 RUB to a Sberbank account using this exchange on 03.08.2025. The payment was split into five separate transfers, and I was asked to confirm each transfer individually, which already raised concerns.
The real problem appeared later. One of the transfers was sent from a third-party individual, a woman who, as it turned out, was acting under the influence of ***. As a result, I was summoned on 29.12.2025 for questioning by the police in connection with this transaction. Hopefully, my bank account has not been blocked (yet).
