It took all day to get the payment, but everything was paid at the end.

Was transferring 90k rub. After crypto was sent the rub transfer was blocked with the "error" remark. After chat with the support, they require another card details which was provided in a prompt manner. But they just sent 50k rub and that's it. Now we have to deal with the support almost 4 days and have answers like "bank block the transaction" or "your crypto didn't come to our wallet".... This is unacceptable service. Also, chat support can't confirm they send the rest of the transfer and asking to make a video of all transactions for both cards (despite they didn't send any money to the first one)!

The exchange of USDT to Sber lasted about 3 hours. No one warns that this has been happening for so long. The deal was ruined. They forced me to change an extra thousand dollars on another exchanger, who did everything in 10 minutes. Very disappointed and highly not recommended!

Very slow. At first Nadex support told me that I should wait 1 hour but when 1 hour has been expired they told me that they don`t know when I will get money.
