I've got 1.5 BTC over the last 6 years transferred through different exchange platforms, this is THE FIRST time when I experience such bad service and terms. So I've paid 5000 RUB, uploaded my photo, my driving license. Got a notification that my wallet has been replenished with the amount and then I see nothing on my wallet. I've contacted support and the guy told me he had created a ticket for their tech support to look into this, which will take ....... 4 HOURS up to 4 DAYS. Is this some kind of a joke? I've told him this is ridiculous and I need my funds now, If I wanted to get these after 4 days, I would do the transaction 4 days later. The guy from support dissapeared for 15+ minutes and I am not even going to wait further.

You contacted tech support and the agent informed you, that solving the issue might take time, to manage expectations the support agent emphasized the ETA for solving the problem, which might take from 4 hours up to 4 working days. Afterwards you informed us, that you have filed for chargeback at your bank. So in this case, we assure, you need to negotiate with your bank about returning your funds.

Be careful. I was buy 400 USDT on this site, and they are gone. It seems that they send USDT to my wallet but tx id showing failed and my Mercuryo waleet is empty. Suport not responding to my deeper questions. They probably stole my cash.
