On May 19 I tried to send from my Mercuryo?s wallet USDT and ETH to another wallet. The transaction was pending and to this day I have no answer. They only told me to wait 24 hours and the problem would be solved. More than 48 hours have passed and there is no solution yet.

I wanted to exchange Mastercard RUB -> USDT (ERC20). I've chosen quickex.io, but once I entered the details I was redirected to exchange.mercuryo.io, where I have started the exchange. I've gone through KYC, payed the full amount from my card, but never received the USDT. I was fighting with support for 2 days, and today they have returned 200 USDT to my mercuryo.io balance (which I didn't ask for). And I had to pay double fee because of this.

I've contacted quickex.io, because they have redirected me to this site at first place. They proposed to pay me the fee, that I had to double pay, but now they are refusing and saying this is impossible.

I kindly ask bestchange to step in and start the investigation on both the exchanges.

I've got 1.5 BTC over the last 6 years transferred through different exchange platforms, this is THE FIRST time when I experience such bad service and terms. So I've paid 5000 RUB, uploaded my photo, my driving license. Got a notification that my wallet has been replenished with the amount and then I see nothing on my wallet. I've contacted support and the guy told me he had created a ticket for their tech support to look into this, which will take ....... 4 HOURS up to 4 DAYS. Is this some kind of a joke? I've told him this is ridiculous and I need my funds now, If I wanted to get these after 4 days, I would do the transaction 4 days later. The guy from support dissapeared for 15+ minutes and I am not even going to wait further.

Be careful. I was buy 400 USDT on this site, and they are gone. It seems that they send USDT to my wallet but tx id showing failed and my Mercuryo waleet is empty. Suport not responding to my deeper questions. They probably stole my cash.

I used it a few times to buy and send BTC . Not super quick, I wasn’t in a hurry though. Lowest commission.
