Profanities and abusive language were removed by the monitor's administration
The exchange direction is USDc- PAYPAL. The application was paid for by me 7 hours ago. According to the non-payment, they promised to transfer the money in a maximum of 6 hours, while when creating the application they said they were doing everything possible to make the payment faster. It's been 7 hours, they don't answer in the chat, they don't write to the mail. We were not going to execute the application within the specified time frame. 2 hours after the payment, they wrote in the chat that they might be executed at night, they refuse to return the money without commissions. These are *** who mislead customers in this area of exchange. I ask the bestchange administration to get involved and sort out the issue. Let them transfer the money or refund it without any commissions to the wallet from which I sent the money. I use different exchangers every day here. It's the first time I've met such impenetrable arrogance.
