Great exchanger! I recommend it to everyone. The exchange rate changed during the transaction, they offered to either return the funds or wait for the exchange rate to stabilize, they waited and the funds came. I am very happy with their work!

I placed an order to exchange 555 usdt and transferred the funds, but the order status remained unchanged until i contacted support. According to the website, transactions should be completed within a couple of hours.

After 3.5 Hours, i received an email stating that my order was completed, but i never received the funds. When i reached out to customer support, they claimed the transaction was completed on their end and was pending bank review. I requested a receipt or proof of the pending transaction, but they stopped responding.

Never ever i will use this exchanger.

Not smoothly, not automatic service, not received accurate value, slow. TRC20 is very fast(2-5 minutes), Revolut transfers are very fast (up to 5 minutes), but this intermediary is very slow and disorganized. Operation, that should take up to hour, took 12+ hours with several times writing to support chat and one email.

~ 20:15 — USDT transfered with 200+ confirmations
~ 21:00 — order status no change, wrote to support
~ 21:15 — support responses, that order could be processed up to 4 hours. Status changed, they received funds, but didn't send immediately.
~ next day 01:15 — no money sent
~ 12 hours after they received money — no money sent, writing to support chat. Response: apologizes, we will send money soon.
No money within 30 minutes. Writing email to support, and only after that money was sent to me.
But they sent USD 497, not USD 497.5. So I still waiting for mine USD 0.5. Wrote to support about this USD 0.5, checking now, no money sent.

Writing reviews isn't usually something i'd do but i just love that they allow me to easily deposit and withdraw funds using my bank account. I made an $x, xxx USDT transfer with them and haven't received my money for a few days. I contacted them and they said that because I withdrew my money from Stake.com, it is considered risky and I have to complete a KYC. After completing the KYC, they are telling me that they will deduct a 5-10% fee to send me my money back. What a load of bullshit. Thieves.

Today I exchanged USDT to AED. USDT transferred around 12 noon, the money still hasn't arrived on the card. I've corresponded with support several times, asked for a receipt for the money transfer. They write that everything will be soon, just wait a bit, and these nerves last throughout the day.
