23rd of November, a Saturday. I check on their customer support chat 4 days later
27th Wednesday after receiving nothing and the transaction status on their website just says pendig, they say "transfer failed, do you want to refund or try again?" I decide to ask them to try again and they say "expect it Friday"
29th Friday, i expect it but nothing comes through. I seek assistance on customer support chat that evening. They say "do you want a refund or do you want to receive it Monday?" I'm like ok, no point sending money back and forth, i'll wait it ou and agree to Monday. Monday comes,
2nd of December I ask them when can i expect it? they explain some bs about swift vs sepa, insinuating it's my bank's fault and ask what i'd liek to do now. At this point im pretty concerned and think that maybe their bank infrastructure isn't optimized to work with my particular European bank, so i ask for a refund. they say no problem, send us an email with your order ID and you'll receive it in 24 hours. I do that.
I wait 48 hours and come back on customer support chat on the
4th of december "we are still working on it". I'd like to think i remained patient and came back to customer support after 2 more days of nothing happening.
6th of december — "we are working on it". Checked again the day after — the 7th (today). "our team is on it"...
I will update what happens next, but obviously i am not happy so far. I remain hopeful, but hope dies last and this smells like a ***.
