Issue has been successfully resolved by the exchanger's administration
Exchange is not performed for more than 2.5 hours. I sent $400 to OSDT TRC 20 — one of the fastest networks — the service did not see the payment for more than 40 minutes. Until I wrote to support. Then support stopped responding.

I’m waiting already 2hr, still not received 2398$. Support answer very slow, in the end they answer but I’ll receive money after couple hours, and this is they write in website. For me it is strange, coz good exchange they send money maximum in 30 minutes. So I’m still waiting my money.
