El dia 5 de junio del ano 2021 hice un intercambio de rublos por etherium y, por cuestiones ajenas a mi voluntad no llego la transferencia a tiempo. Al otro dia le escribi al soporte y recibi la mejor atencion, en menos de 2 horas el problema fue resuelto y la criptomoneda ya estaba en mi wallet. Ok. the problem was that i sent slightly more than i specified in the order. so they couldnt identify the payment since they use the same btc address for multiple clients.
they could've use unique address for each payment to avoid such problems though.
